MU33 AFFILIATE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. INTRODUCTION
1.1) These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the participation of the Affiliate ("You" or "Affiliate") in the MU33 Affiliate Program ("Program"). By joining the Program, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. 1.2) MU33 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated via email or published on our website. Continued participation in the Program following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. APPLICATION AND AFFILIATE ACCOUNT
2.1) To become an Affiliate, You must complete and submit an online application form. The application is subject to MU33's sole discretion, and acceptance is not guaranteed. 2.2) MU33 reserves the right to reject any application for any reason without providing an explanation. Upon approval, You will receive an email confirming acceptance into the Program.
3. CUSTOMER REGISTRATION AND ACCEPTANCE
3.1) MU33 will register and track Customers referred by You through unique tracking links. 3.2) "Customer" refers to an individual who: • Registers an account with MU33 through Your referral link. • Deposits funds and engages in betting or gaming activity. 3.3) MU33 reserves the right to refuse or terminate any Customer account at its discretion to comply with regulatory or internal policy requirements. 3.4) MU33 only accepts Customers who are residents of Malaysia or those residing in other countries but holding a Malaysian bank account.
4. COMMISSION PAYMENTS
4.1) Afiliates are entitled to earn commissions based on the net profit generated from referred Customers. Net profit is calculated after deducting: • Payment processing fees • Bonuses and promotions • Royalty fees 4.2) The commission percentage is determined by the Affiliate Commission Plan agreed upon during account registration. 4.3) MU33 reserves the right to amend commission structures and payment methods at its discretion. Changes will be communicated in advance. For further details, refer to Commission Calculation & Payouts (Clause 9).
5. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
5.1) MU33 reserves the right to modify any terms in this Agreement at its sole discretion. 5.2) Affiliates will be notified of modifications through email or website notifications. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. 5.3) If an Affiliate does not accept the modifications, they must terminate their participation in the Program immediately.
6. AFFILIATE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
6.1) Affiliates must create and maintain active referral links to MU33 websites. Promotional materials provided by MU33 must not be altered. 6.2) Affiliates must not engage in spamming or any unauthorized advertising. MU33 reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account involved in spamming or misleading promotions. 6.3) Affiliates may not register or attempt to register domain names that are similar to MU33’s trademarks or brand identity. 6.4) Bidding on MU33 brand keywords, trademarks, or similar variations in search engines, advertising platforms, or social media is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in commission withholding and account suspension. 6.5) Affiliates must not open affiliate accounts on behalf of third parties, nor sell or transfer affiliate accounts. 6.6) MU33 reserves the right to audit Affiliate accounts at any time to ensure compliance with these terms.
7. GOOD FAITH AND FRAUD PREVENTION
7.1) Affiliates must not benefit from fraudulent traffic, which includes but is not limited to: • Self-referrals • Betting on both sides of an event to claim bonuses • Any deceptive activity that manipulates MU33 promotions 7.2) If fraudulent activity is detected, MU33 reserves the right to withhold payments, terminate the affiliate account, and pursue legal action if necessary.
8. RESPONSIBILITY FOR AFFILIATE WEBSITES
8.1) Affiliates are solely responsible for the development, maintenance, and operation of their websites, including ensuring their content is compliant with applicable laws. 8.2) MU33 disclaims all liability arising from the Affiliate's website content. Affiliates agree to indemnify MU33 against any claims or damages resulting from their website operations.
9. COMMISSION CALCULATION AND PAYOUTS
9.1) Commission Structure: • Less than 5 active Customers: 12% • 5+ active Customers, net profit up to MYR 15,000: 28% • 5+ active Customers, net profit above MYR 15,000: 40% • By Invitation: 45% 9.2) Negative Carry Forward: If an Affiliate’s earnings result in a negative balance, it will be carried over to subsequent months. 9.3) Minimum Payout Thresholds: • Local Bank Transfer: MYR 100 • Cryptocurrency (USDT): MYR 1,000 9.4) Payments are processed before the 15th of each month. 9.5) If a commission payment is rejected due to incorrect payment details, MU33 reserves the right to delay payment until the issue is resolved.
10. TERMINATION AND CONSEQUENCES
10.1) Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without reason, by providing written notice. 10.2) Upon termination, the Affiliate must immediately: • Remove all MU33 promotional materials from their websites. • Disable all referral links. • Cease using MU33 trademarks, logos, and brand assets. 10.3) Affiliates found in breach of this Agreement may have unpaid commissions forfeited.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1) MU33 is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost revenue or profits. 11.2) MU33’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the total commissions earned by the Affiliate. 11.3) MU33 does not guarantee uninterrupted website operation and is not responsible for losses resulting from system errors or technical failures.
12. CONFIDENTIALITY
12.1) Affiliates may gain access to confidential information related to MU33’s operations. Such information must not be disclosed or used for any purpose other than this Agreement. 12.2) Confidentiality obligations remain in effect even after termination of this Agreement.
13. MISCELLANEOUS
13.1) This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between MU33 and the Affiliate. 13.2) MU33 reserves the right to withhold payments if an Affiliate violates any of these terms. 13.3) In case of discrepancies, the English version of this Agreement shall prevail.
